“I could never say enough GREAT things about Kaleen!!! Because of Kaleen’s wonderful care, knowledge, wisdom, and support, I was able to have two incredible homebirth experiences. My first two babies were born in the hospital- induced with Pitocin and epidurals. When I became pregnant with my 3rd baby, 2020 happened, and I did not want to deliver in the hospital. I got in contact with Kaleen and she calmed ALL of my fears that I had around giving birth naturally and made me feel so prepared, confident, and excited to bring my baby earth-side at our home. Her care and wisdom blew me and my husband away. (My husband was actually not even on board to having a homebirth until he met Kaleen! Now, if you talk to him, he’s the biggest advocate for having a homebirth! All thanks to Kaleen!) Our prenatal appointments were not just vitals, but she always made sure to go over every aspect of my pregnancy with me- emotionally, mentally, sleeping, eating, and always answered any questions I had, above and beyond.
My homebirth under Kaleen’s care was one of the very best experiences of my entire life! When we found out we were going to have a 4th baby, she was one of the first people I called! I felt so extremely blessed to have her as our midwife, not just one time, but twice! Our second homebirth with Kaleen was nothing short of amazing and wonderful, once again. She was with me every step of the way and I felt so taken care of, safe, and it was a fun and amazing experience. Even the after-birth care was wonderful! Kaleen somehow had everything cleaned up and put away without me even realizing that was happening, while still managing to help me take a shower and do a full check up on our baby. Plus, all of our postpartum appointments following our birth were to check on both me and baby. She does it all! Throughout the entire process, my older kids were always welcome to appointments and got to be involved. She truly allowed us to have a family care style that I really loved. All of my kids have fond memories of my pregnancies and care with Kaleen (and they all love her!) I am forever grateful for ALL Kaleen has done to open my eyes up to how amazing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can and should be, and for her knowledge, wisdom, care, support, and encouragement.”

She provided comprehensive prenatal care throughout my 2nd pregnancy and helped me deliver my baby girl at home as a VBAC!
